SYRACHACUSE is run by Michael and Marissa, the father-daughter team with a passion for heat and love for their hometown.
They love heat and spicy foods, but grew tired of boring, mass-produced supermarket hot sauces loaded with unnecessary sugars, preservatives, soys, gums and fillers. They found that most of these sauces focused solely on heat, not adding any flavor to our meals. With this in mind, in 2015 they began developing and producing a gourmet line of small-batch hot sauces.
They seize the opportunity to work along-side many of Syracuse’s finest companies and utilize those quality products in these recipes. Together, they have created some unique hot sauces with hometown flavors everyone knows and loves!
