This well-balanced Vietnamese take on chili sauce is made from lemongrass, garlic, and peppers toasted in Italian olive oil for a full-bodied, fragrant sauce that pairs amazingly with your favorite fusion dishes.

Available in 3 Spice Levels

• Mild – Just a pinch of red pepper flakes.  Just a little spice….(Ingredients: Italian Olive Oil, fresh garlic, lemongrass, pepper flakes, paprika, sugar, salt)
• Medium – Jalapeno peppers are used to create a heat similar to Sriracha. (Ingredients: Italian Olive Oil, fresh jalapeno, fresh garlic, lemongrass, pepper flakes, paprika, sugar, salt, cayenne)
• Hot – Habañero peppers are used for a full bodied kick similar to habañero based salsas.  (Ingredients: Italian Olive Oil, fresh garlic, habanero, lemongrass, pepper flakes, paprika, sugar, salt, cayenne)
