Buck’s has been family owned and operated in Mallory, New York for over 50 years!  Duane “Buck” Burghart first began blending spices in conjunction with his bar-b-que chicken events, grocery affiliations and pure enjoyment of good home cooking.

This Bar-b-que blend goes great with just about anything you are tossing on the grill.  Not too spicy, not too salty – this versatile seasoning kicks everything up a notch.
